Return & Exchange


We offer 30 days warranty for all products sold by ZAgifts.com

 

Please note that the following conditions should be met to return or exchange an item within 3 days from delivery:

  • The product needs to be in the exact condition as received and shouldn’t be tampered with.
  • Any barcode or label on the box should not be removed.
  • Item/s should be in original packaging with all bundled accessories and manuals.

 

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned/exchanged merchandise due to the following reasons:

  • Buyer purchased the wrong size / color.
  • Buyer doesn’t like the item after delivery.

 

Restriction for Return or Exchange of the following products:

  • Underwear (unused and still in original packaging)
  • Lingerie (unused and still in original packaging)
  • Socks (unused and still in original packaging)
  • Sports Wear  (unused and still in original packaging)
  • Hosiery (unused and still in original packaging)
  • Beauty and Fragrance (should not be opened and still in original packaging)

 

Refund Procedure:

  • Contact our customer service team via email suppor@zagifts.com to initiate the process.
  • A customer service will be assigned to coordinate with you throughout the process.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 3-5 working days.
  • Delivery cost is excluded in the refund.
  • Returns that are damaged, soiled, washed, or altered will not be refunded.
